Ovation Customer Satisfaction Contest is organized by Ovation Logistics Inc., headquartered at 531 Pépin Street, Sherbrooke, Quebec, J1L 1X3 (referred as “Ovation”). The contest starts on April 16, 2018 at 12:01 AM and ends on April 15, 2019 at 11:59 PM – deadline to participate.
Open to all legal residents of Canada who have reached the age of majority in their Province of residence and who are not an employee, member of the immediate family, or share residence with an Ovation employee.
To participate in the Contest, the customer must answer all questions of an automated phone survey call issued after a merchandise delivery is made by one of Ovation Delivery Partners. The main purpose of the call is to determine the quality of the delivery experience provided by Ovation and its Delivery Partner and improve the home delivery experience.
An online survey may be sent upon client request if the automated phone survey wasn’t answered. Ovation invites participants to share their delivery experience on its Google Business profile. This review allows the participant to increase his chances to win fivefold.
Selection of Participants
Each phone call is identified with an automatic unique number stored in Ovation computer system. A random computer draw containing all eligible unique numbers will be made to select a winner (the “Winner”).
Each prize consists of a $500 CAN gift certificate at the customer’s retailer. The prize will be awarded in four (4) different periods and random draws. There will be one (1) prize for every period:
- From April 16,2018 at 12:01 AM ET to July 15, 2018 at 11:59 PM ET.
- From July 16, 2018 at 12:01 AM ET to October 15, 2018 at 11:59 PM ET.
- From October 16, 2018 at 12:01 AM ET to January 15, 2019 at 11:59 PM ET.
- From January 16, 2019 at 12:01 AM ET to April, 18 2019 at 11:59 PM ET.
The draws will be held at 10:00 AM ET at Ovation’s offices located at 9005 boul. of Quartier, local B, Brossard, Quebec J4Y 0A8, on the following days: July 18, 2018; October 18, 2018; January 18, 2019 and April 18, 2019.
The selected customer will be contacted multiple times by phone for 3 (three) business days following the draw until Ovation can contact them. If Ovation cannot reach the selected customer, whose name has been drawn, in the mentioned time frame, they will be disqualified and will lose the right to claim the prize. At this time, Ovation will make a new draw and it will be subject to the same eligibility requirements. In order to claim the prize and be declared a Winner, the selected customer will have to sign and return the Declaration and Exemption Form within 5 (five) business days. This form confirms compliance with the Contest Rules. Ovation will deliver the prize to the Winner upon receipt of the Declaration and Exemption Form. The Winner agrees to accept the prize as described in these rules, which cannot be transferred, modified or exchanged for a sum of money.
Terms and Conditions
Ovation reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend in whole or in part the contest in the case that an event occurs which may corrupt or affect the normal course of the contest and this, subject to the approval of the Québec Régie des alcools, des courses et de jeux. By participating in the Contest each customer accepts these Official Rules and submits to all decisions of Ovation. Winners authorize, if required, Ovation to use their name and / or comments of delivery experience for advertising purposes without any remuneration. A dispute regarding the organization or conduct of the publicity contest may be submitted to the Québec Régie des alcools, des courses et de jeux. Any litigation respecting the awarding of a prize may be submitted to the Régie only for helping the parties to reach a settlement. Ovation has paid the duties owing on this contest to the Québec Régie des alcools, des courses et de jeux. A copy of the Contest Rules and the names of the Winners will be available at www.ovationlogisitics.com/satisfactionclient for a period of six (6) months following the date of the draw.
